MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER / PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER
Mission: Responsible for project management for selected projects. Also serves as mechanical engineer of record for selected projects, to include mechanical engineering conceptual design, development of design, preparation of construction documents, and performance of construction administration.
Performance of mechanical engineering for assigned projects including, but not limited to, research, engineering calculations, load calculations, energy modeling and preparation of studies, design documents and construction documents.
Coordination of mechanical system design with other engineering and architectural disciplines.
Selection of mechanical equipment and systems for assigned projects.
Construction administration duties including, but not limited to, submittal review, responses to Requests for Information and participation in construction progress meetings.
Observation of construction progress and preparation of field reports and punch lists.
Direction of engineering duties and assignments for project engineers and designers

Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
5 or more 10 years of demonstrated experience working as a project engineer in the consulting industry.
BIM (Revit) Proficiency.
Self-motivated and excited about new challenges.
Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, manufacturers and contractors.
Desire to continually learn and develop expertise in the consulting engineering field.
Collaborative and focused on client satisfaction, project quality and performance.
Design experience with other experienced lead mechanical engineers and project managers.
Encouragement and support to obtain advanced relevant industry credentials.
Project management opportunities commensurate with experience.
