Job Title: Surface Mine Safety Manager
Location: Pacific Northwest
Duration: 1 to 2 years
Pay Range: $50/hour, OT over 40
Per Diem: $140.00 per day 7 Days a week.
Work Schedule: 55 - 65 hours a week
Trip Home: $1,200.00 per visit once a month
Target start date: ASAP

**MUST HAVE CURRENT MSHA CERTS**

Looking for an experience Safety Manager to support a project at a surface mine.

Knowledge of safety and health standards and practices related to mining.

Knowledge of construction contracting strategies and contract administration

Statistical, analytical, and evaluative skills

Effective/competent MS Office Suite User

Ability to work in highly specific work environment (Surface Mines) and around related equipment

The physical ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environmental conditions and move objects up to 50 pounds
