Our Client is a major EPC Firm that works nationally on a wide variety of construction / engineering projects surrounding light industrial, environmental, water design-build, pharmaceuticals, etc. They have a growing team in Cary, NC and are looking to add a Project Controls professional to their team focused within Planning and Scheduling.

Location: Cary, NC 27518
Duration: 18 months (likely to extend or convert)
Pay: $38/hr + 1.5x OT
Schedule: 8:00-5:00, M-F

Responsibilities:
Driven and curious Project Controls professional in Holly Springs, North Carolina to support our Program Management Team.
You’ll have the chance to work on this team providing solid forecasting, field progress measurement, reporting and subcontractor schedule review.
Assist in continuing the development of your skills and exploring all that you can do across our global company, with opportunities to share your knowledge along the way.
Assist more senior planners in update of P6 schedules
Working with contractors on development and collection of status of their detailed schedules
Preparing reports for review by others

Qualifications:
4 year degree in either Construction Management or Engineering
High proficiency with Primavera P6 Project Planner (P6)
Proficiency with MS Project
2 to 5 years P6 planning experience
2 to 5 years planning field construction work
Experience with pharmaceutical projects
Experience with handling large data sets
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
