Experience: 5+ years
Educations: Accounting degree/business degree preferred but not required
Pay: $50K to $70K DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Invoicing and quality checking invoices for multiple projects
Cost Tracking for multiple projects
HR duties including sending new hire packages to employees, submitting packages to corporate, coordinating training, etc
Tacking invoices to ensure they are sent out on time and payment is received withing the proper terms
Working in multiple systems to ensure charges are applied accordingly
Job Requirements:
Self-Starter and ability to work with limited to no supervision
Excellent computer skills
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point)
Must have dependable vehicle
Must be available for very minimal travel.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift and move up to 25lbs
Must be able to stoop, kneel or crouch
Will be regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers to handle or file
