Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of field experience in new hotel construction or equivalent multifamily, apartment, or condominium construction. Successful completion of commercial multistory construction projects from ground up through the opening process.

Familiarity with "block and plank" construction (3+ stories).10 + years of field experience in the commercial construction industry.

Experience working with Brand or Owner Representatives throughout all construction phases and the opening process.

Proficient in scheduling, managing, and coordinating work between multiple trades.

Skilled in scheduling and working with inspection departments.

Proficient in blueprint reading.

Proficient in Email, Microsoft Word, Excel & Adobe.

Excellent communication, accounting, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of construction administration practices.
