EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE: Wire feed (GMAW) welding equipment. Air Carbon Arc gouging equipment
All Pneumatic tools available to shop employees supplied by customer.1’, 2’, and 4’ levels, digital 6” or 1’ level, center finder, carpenters square, chalk line, compass, protractor, tape measure, circumference tape measure, center punch. Air plasma arc cutting machine, Oxy/propane torch for cutting or heating. Fillet weld gauges.

The weld tests consist of the following –

GMAW – ½” carbon steel 1G position welded both sides.

FCAW - ½” carbon steel 3G welded both sides

GTAW – ½” stainless 3G tig one sided welded all way out

RMD 3G down for root and pulsed spray in the 1G position on ½” stainless.

Salary: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 80 per week
