[Project Manager] Estimator Project Manager (Waterproofing) - Up to $100K + Bonuses!

Estimating Responsibilities include:

Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts for construction projects based on contract bids, quotations, schematic drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate estimates with field personnel. Visit project sites when necessary.
Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
Prepare cost and expenditure statements and forecasts at regular intervals for the duration of a project.
Utilize software to perform takeoffs and generate estimates.
Liaise, consult, and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors, and discuss any change orders or adjustments to cost estimates.
Identify and evaluate bid opportunities.
Develop competitor profiles.
Coordinate pre-bid review process & post-bid analysis.
Calculate and analyze costs to ensure all requirements are met.
Execute contract agreements, and assist with plan preparation, and estimates.

Project Management Responsibilities include:

Write correspondence letters, compile submittal information, review shop drawings, mix designs, and all other necessary documents.
Coordinate project handoff process.
Reevaluate the project before work begins.
Take part in branch operations meetings.
Coordinate project progress review/postmortem/post-project cost reviews.
Ensure accurate trend reports and monthly projections.
Assist in scheduling.
Notify subcontractors and suppliers of anticipated start and delivery needs.
Schedule Pre-job meetings and progress meetings both internally and with the owner.
Assist and support area Superintendent and Foremen as needed.
Review job quantities, approve invoices, and subcontractor payments, prepare extra work change orders, and monitor job costs.
Maintain and analyze monthly cost projections and report projections to Management.
Review, tabulate, and negotiate final quantity agreements with owner and/or contractor to ensure 100% payment for all work performed.
