Trillium is hiring for a Traveling Assistant Project Manager to work on an industrial mining project in Elko, NV. This is a long-term, direct hire position, with additional projects afterwards and opportunities for career growth.

Duties:
- Assist the construction team with daily progress reports, record project costs and inventory counts.
- Assist with RFIs, billing, change orders, submittals and procurement.
- Scheduling- document delays and perform/coordinate schedule updates to all members of the team.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with owners, agencies, subcontractors, inspectors, etc.

Compensation:
- Annual salary between $85,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
- M/V/D insurance, 401k, PTO, holiday pay
- Company vehicle
- $150/days worked per diem

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience as an Assistant PM, Project Engineer/Coordinator or Field Engineer.
- Competent in all Microsoft products and must have scheduling experience
- Must have experience with construction documentation: RFIs, billing, change orders, submittals.
- OSHA or MSHA 10 or 30 is highly preferred.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
