We are seeking a Concrete Foreman in Indiana area to join our winning team! We offer steady work, above average wages with weekly pay for those with the skills and knowledge to help our clients achieve their goals.

Pay Rate: $35.00/hr-$42.00/hr + per diem + hotel accommodations

Location: Indiana

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (some overtime)

Concrete Foreman Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on leadership in the execution of structural concrete work, including formwork, rebar installation, concrete pouring, and finishing.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to create and maintain a detailed project schedule, ensuring that concrete work aligns with project milestones.
- Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain the structural integrity and quality of concrete elements.
- Extensive experience in the role of a Project Superintendent with a focus on structural concrete construction.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, codes, and standards.

Concrete Foreman Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of Five years' experience in all phases of commercial concrete structural construction
- Be willing to work within a 50 mile radius of Fort Wayne, IN
- Tool Belt With hammer and 30' tape measure, utility knife, gloves and concrete boots
