Seeking Commercial Journeyman Electricians (local to San Marcos, TX)

Are you an experienced and skilled commercial Journeyman Electrician? We have an exciting opportunity waiting for you in the vibrant city of San Marcos, Texas! Join our team and be a part of a thriving project that pushes the boundaries of electrical excellence. This project is a Commercial New Construction Project.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within industrial settings. Successful candidates will be adept at troubleshooting electrical issues, reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Collaboration with other team members is crucial to completing projects on time and within budget.

Pay Rate: pay range is $27-$35 per hour based upon experience

Hours and job expectancy: job is expected to last approximately 8-12 months. Working 40-60 hours per week.

Requirements:

Valid TDLR

Must be able to verify electrical hours worked. This can be via letter from previous employers, paystubs, or W2's

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Demonstrated experience working in commercial settings.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
