Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and qualified Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sheet metal installation, fabrication, and repair. A Kentucky Sheet Metal Journeyman's license is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

Sheet Metal Installation: Execute the layout, fabrication, and installation of sheet metal components for various HVAC systems and ductwork.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate and precise sheet metal installations.
Ductwork Fabrication: Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components using hand and power tools, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
Maintenance and Repair: Conduct repairs and maintenance on existing sheet metal installations, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality and accuracy of all sheet metal work, meeting industry standards and regulations.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and team members.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic or Installer.
Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication techniques and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
Knowledge of HVAC systems and ductwork installations.
Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Kentucky Sheet Metal Journeyman's license is a plus.
Compensation:
$25 per hour + $80 per day per diem, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
