TKO Staffing is an industry leading team specializing in the construction and maintenance of seed, feed, grain, and food processing facilities. This work includes erecting structural steel, installing and welding decking, siding, and roofing of buildings, installation of specialized equipment, field-building custom transitions, installing spouting, and many other millwright/ironworker tasks.

This can be a long term assignment if you prove your ability as an apprentice millwright, show up every day, on-time, and are a team player, doing whatever is needed to finish each job/duty in a safe, high quality, efficient manner.

Qualified Candidates shall be:

-Drug Free (pre-employment, random and job-specific screenings WILL be conducted)
-Motivated
-Energetic
-Skilled in ironwork, millwright work, and equipment operation (i.e. forklift, boom lift, scissor lift)
Requirements
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and replacing conveyors, bucket conveyors, drag chains, bearings, belts, pulleys, gear boxes, and other agricultural equipment.
• Experience with installing conveyor systems, replacing & splicing belts, bearings & head pulleys
• Agricultural Millwright experience required
• This person/persons should be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and not be afraid of working at heights as climbing is required.
• Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems
• Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
• A background in welding is preferred
• Very good physical strength and stamina
• Problem-solving ability
• Very good communication skills
• A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines
• Ability to follow established procedures and practices and read instructions
• Aptitude in using various hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers etc.) and the ability to read a tape measure and blueprints/plans.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 10-12 hour shifts (weather dependent), weekends as needed.
Experience:
Heavy Construction: 5 years (Required)
Welding: 1 year (Required)
Fabrication: 1 year (Preferred)
Agricultural Millwright: 2 year (Required)
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required)
