TKO Staffing is seeking a NCCCO licensed crane operator to run hydraulic lattice boom tracked and rough terrain cranes on industrial & agricultural construction projects across the country. A seasoned professional, the ideal candidate is able to work well under pressure, follow safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment and has knowledge of safety codes. Starting location in ID.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a crane to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks or containers using the crane
- Inspect the crane before and after each shift to ensure it is in proper working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the crane
- Communicate with team members to coordinate lifts and ensure efficient workflow
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating a crane is required
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks associated with the job
