Commercial Construction Superintendent

Full-time - local - salary from 80k - 100k + benefits
(No per diem, no vehicle provided, this is local work only!!!!)

Project notes: Multifamily project experience will be needed for this position.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.

```Responsibilities```

- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications

- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being performed according to plans and specifications

- Review and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and other project documents

- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders

```Experience```

- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry

- Strong knowledge of construction management software (e.g., ProCore) and other relevant tools

- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles

- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
