TradeForce Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting experienced Journeyman Electricians who are interested in working on a conveyer project in Melville, NY.

Project Information:
• Location: Melville, NY
• Start Date: 4/1/24
• Project Duration: 2 months
• Project hours: 50 hours per week

Pay Rate:
• Journeyman Rate: $32.00 - $34.00 DOE
• Per Diem: $100.00 per days worked.

Minimum requirements:
• Must have and present OSHA certification when presenting resources. We would prefer the individuals to have experience in the below scope of work.

Scope:
• This request for a quote concerns the electrical demolition of the existing SRMs, T-Cars, and SRM Aisles. In addition, the electrical installation of new SRMs, T-Cars, and SRM Aisle.
• Devices and sensors for Aisle and SRM Safety Fencing and Gates o Fences and gates installed by others o Device mounting, conduit, wiring, and terminations by contractor o K059712 o K059713 o K059714 o K059715
• Reroute power from existing SRM power rails to new SRM Power Rails o Removal of existing by others o Install of new by others o At roughly at floor height o No drawing for this o Each power rail at 100amps
• Reroute power from existing T-Car power rails to new T-Car Power Rails o Removal of existing by others o Install of new by others o At roughly 10’ height o No drawing for this o Each power rail at 100amp
• Demo old SRM power rail and install new power rail or Floor mounted Dematic supplies all components for new power rail
• Demo old T-Car power rail and install new o Mounted at 10’ roughly o Dematic supplies all components for new power rail
• SRM electrical and T-Car electrical o K059701 for SRM (Qty 3) o K059790 for T-Car (Qty 3) o Mounting all new enclosures/conduit and wiring o Device mounting, conduit, wiring, and terminations by contractor
• On-ground SRM Aisle electrical (9 aisles) K059714 for Aisle
