As a Millwright with our company, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of industrial operations through your expertise in machinery installation, maintenance, and repair.

Position Overview:
As a Millwright, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. This position requires proficiency in MIG and Stick welding techniques, as well as the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments, including shutdowns. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing, aligning, and leveling machinery and equipment.
Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues as they arise.
Reading blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings.
Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Standard Duties of an Industrial Millwright:

Assembling and disassembling machinery and equipment.
Inspecting and replacing defective parts.
Lubricating machinery to ensure smooth operation.
Conducting preventive maintenance tasks.
Collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Millwright in an industrial setting.
Proficiency in MIG and Stick welding techniques.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts during shutdowns.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Compensation and Benefits:
