TRADELINK EPC GROUP ISO Career Minded Electrical Superintendent to Lead and direct 10-15 skilled electricians, multiple long term projects. After short probationary period, and once proven, the superintendent will be offered a Full Time Leadership position in one of our 2 EPC divisions. Industrial Electrical Superintendent / Evansville Indiana

Assignment Role / Responsibilities:
Bilingual A Huge PLUS!! (but not required)
1. Lead a team of 10-15 Electrical Crafts enforcing our "SAFETY FIRST" culture while delivering Quality & Excellence.
2. Strong in the industrial electrical field.
3. Controls Discipline a PLUS!
4. Superintendent Adim Skills Required.
5. Required to engage in all on and off site meetings with the project Leadership.
6. Ability to read prints and determine conduit and cable tray routing/elevation.
7. Knowledge of NEC. Doesn’t need to be an expert but should have good general knowledge and ability to look up what they don’t know. (or call project PM with any questions or clarifications)
8. Ability to decipher cable pull schedules and determine what type of cable/wire is needed.
9. Knowledge in common electrical troubleshooting skills and tools.
10. Ability to lead small crew, 10-15 designated industrial electricians.
11. Forward Thinker & Project Planning is critical for delivering projects Safely & On time.
12. SOFT SKILLS: Ability to "seek to understand via communicating & listening., Address electrical teams with positive intent, Coach, Develop and If required identify and communicate personnel concerns to the Duke Site manager for discovery & resolution.

* Daily SOS "Scope of work" Safety Meetings Required.

** TradeLink will hold to an "industry standard" probation period w/ performance review NTE 90 days and no earlier than 60 days from assignment Start date (could be sooner). Future role/career path opportunities will be determined based on this performance review.

Probationary Assignment w/ 10 man Electrical Team: Evansville Indiana Project
Start Date: 4/2/24 (flexible & Respected if 2 week notice needs provided)

Duration: 5 months (Projects upon completion, 3 in Texas, 1 in NC, 1 in Reno)
Hours per week: 60 (all projects are 60+ hours per week)
Pay: $45.00 (temporary)
Per Diem $125x7-$875 week (temporary)
Travel: IN/OUT
