Job Title: Electrical Safety Manager

Location: Wright City, MO

Salary: $77,000 - $80,000 per year

Are you passionate about ensuring safety in electrical construction environments? Do you possess strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and standards? We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Safety Manager to join our team and oversee safety protocols on our job sites. This position requires an OSHA 30 certification and offers a competitive salary range of $77,000 - $80,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures specific to electrical construction sites in accordance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and assess compliance with safety standards.
Provide safety training and education to employees, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to promote awareness and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other personnel to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.
Maintain safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training records, and inspection findings.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to electrical safety.
Qualifications:

OSHA 30 certification is required.
Previous experience in construction safety management, with a focus on electrical work, is preferred.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA standards, and other relevant safety guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate others.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, engineering, or a related field is desirable but not required.
