Job Summary:  
PIC Group has an excellent opportunity for a Senior Superintendent in Atlanta, GA. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, the Senior Superintendent is responsible for planning, managing, and executing all aspects of complex projects. This position will be responsible for managing the team, planning all construction sequencing, and meeting project goals to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. All activities will be performed in support of the client scope. The Senior Superintendent should have healthcare project experience related to interior construction.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•    Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture on project sites.
•    Provides management of subcontractors and organization of the overall job and workflow.
•    Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
•    Leads various meetings including daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
•    Creates, manages, changes, and implements the project’s schedule as needed, in conjunction with the Project Manager.
•    May be responsible for tracking and monitoring project budget and costs. 
•    Communicates key project information to owners, design team, governing authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, and other departments.
•    Approves and/or records unit cost information for weekly reports and completes daily reports, logs, and tracking reports.
•    Participates with the field operations leadership and the project team to put together a project pre plan; implements, monitors, and adjusts as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
•    Partners with project management to identify schedule and costs associated with project changes.
•    Understands and applies the terms and conditions of the owner and subcontractor contracts for the project.

Job Requirements:
•    Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.
•    Travel to sites as needed otherwise, working in NW metro Atlanta corporate office.
•    Manage complex stand-alone or multiple projects from initial planning to completion.
•    Manages project(s) with multiple superintendents.
•    Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs such as Safety, Quality for all assigned projects.
•    Engages in business, industry, and community activities to build and strengthen external relationships.
•    Identifies, understands, and actively manages project risks.

Physical Requirements:
•    Frequent activity: Standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching above shoulder, pushing, pulling.
•    Occasional activity: Sitting, Viewing Computer Screen.

Education / Experience:
•    A four-year degree, from an accredited university with a concentration in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
•    10+ years construction experience.
•    5+ years field supervision experience.
•    Healthcare construction experience required
•    OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
