Job Title: Industrial Electrician

Hourly Rate: $30-$35 per hour + $120 per day per diem

Are you an experienced Industrial Electrician looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team in Davenport, IA. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $30 to $35 per hour, along with a daily per diem of $120.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial settings, including manufacturing plants, warehouses, and production facilities.
Perform electrical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues with machinery, equipment, and control systems.
Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to plan and execute installation and repair projects.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to coordinate work activities and complete projects on schedule.
Test electrical systems and components using specialized tools and equipment to verify proper operation and performance.
Provide training and guidance to junior electricians and apprentices as needed.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification required.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and equipment, including motors, transformers, switchgear, and PLCs.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations and best practices.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
