We are working with a global food manufacturer who is looking to hire an immediate EHS/Safety Manager to oversee safety onsite a construction of a food manufacturing facility in Anderson, IN

The project length: ASAP – August 18th, 2025
They can potentially move Safety Manager to a different project or facility after this is complete.

Must Have:
1. Electronic permitting system experience (everything they do is digital on phone or computer)
2. 5+ years of construction project experience (Industrial experience not Residential)
3. OSHA 40 Hazwoper as minimum certification
4. CSP or an equivalent -- root cause analysis
5. Food & Beverage project management experience
6. PowerPoint and Excel
7. Vocal Leader – not afraid to speak up and call out safety issues

This Project will be the L3 demolish and rebuild. They are going to be demolishing the floor, tearing out old machines, underground piping, fully removing the line, and then rebuilding the line/conduits and the flooring and walls. Line3 is the heart of all there filling lines and have 5 sections of lines that run through Line3.

• This person will push Construction management and safety requirements and permits.
• Will do safety trainings and demonstrations with every single contractor / sub contractor
• Look through safety processes and if there are safety issues, how do we fix that safety issue
• 50-70% on the floor
• 30-50% Meetings, Trainings, Permitting
• Will be the watch dog for the contractors, giving the feedback to contractors to follow safety processes. Has ability to stop project if not safe, and go and get the PM’s (not someone that will send people home)
