NCW is seeking (3) Directional Drillers, (3) Locators, and (1) Foreman for a job in IL. Duration is 6 months working 56 hours weekly.

Directional Drillers ($30-$33/hr + $105 per diem)

- Must be able to operate Vermeer drilling equipment.
- Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Verify location of existing utilities and adjust route as necessary based on job specifications and easement requirements.
- Ability to determine proper drilling fluid additives for specific soil types and conditions.

Locators ($25-$29/hr + $85 per diem)

- Locate and mark underground facilities using various industry tools, standards and methods, including the use of various locating devices and utility maps.
- Correctly, safely, and efficiently locate and mark underground utilities including, electric and gas lines primarily, marking their proper location using marking paint, flags, and whiskers
- Complete all necessary digital documentation and paperwork.

Foreman ($35/hr + $125 per diem)

- Responsible for running Vermeer Directional Drills, locators, various types of Trucks, Excavators, Forklifts, Dump trucks, etc.
- Experience drilling in both standard and high-risk areas
- Have knowledge of utility depths and placement
- Supervise the daily operations of drillers and locators in accordance with job specifications and customer requirements while continually monitoring site for changing safety conditions and related issues
- Oversees all work is compliant with installation standards.

Scope of Work:
Team will be responsible for locating underground utilities (powerlines, gaslines, etc.), properly marking them, and then drilling safely.
