We are searching for Construction Supervisor - IV for 1 yr. contract assignment. This role is a Mechanical leads or mechanical inspectors. Part of the role is to work with the on-site management team to be part of the decision making, to attend meetings concerning the current state of that work report any findings. This person will be working mostly in the field alongside the contractor, verifying their work, both from a safety perspective but also a quality perspective. The client is investing a lot of money in into renewable energy. Location: Pueblo, CO or Denver, CO12 MONTHS Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Will be creating new projects, setting the premises for renewable energy.
• Will be involved with everything in almost everything onsite, a lot of day-to-day experiences.
• This role will offer challenges (never at all moments) as a lot of different disciplines are crossed and you have to deal with conflict, decision making etc. Xcel Energy has a rich history and are moving in the right direction.
• The construction supervisor will be taking part in inspecting and reporting on deliveries such as piles, the racking system, inverters, different modules, and so forth

• 10-15 years of experience in mechanical discipline.
• Must have the ability to make decisions, solve conflicts and act as not only a team player, but a motivator.
• Previous leadership experience would be preferred.
• Strong communication is required as there will be a lot of communication with contractors and other site personnel.
• Must be able to provide good direction and recommendations on how to perform work and how it should look.
• Experience as Mechanical leads or mechanical inspectors.
• Experience in leading a construction team and has similar previous experience with the racking systems and experience with different inverters.
• Must be able to follow a schedule and can follow drawings to verify the accuracy of the work that the contractors are performing.
