Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

Location: New Albany, OH

Duration: Contract, 12 mo. project with potential for other projects

Pay Range: $65-80 Straight time OT

Per Diem: $120/day

Target start date / availability: ASAP to interview and start for contract or direct hire.

OVERVIEW: The Sr Project Manager is responsible for overseeing a concrete, excavation, foundation and underground utility project. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered within schedule, budget, and scope parameters while upholding the company's safety and quality standards. They provide management direction for assigned projects related to a specific product line and identify new business opportunities within a defined client base or geographical area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead proposal generation and oversee project development

Manage project budgets, schedules, and staffing

Working with project controls to manage efficient client milestones

Supervise, train, and develop direct reports

Address project issues in a timely manner

Collaborate with leadership to resolve contract changes and disputes

Uphold safety standards and promote safe culture

EDUCATION:

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent related experience is preferred, not required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

8 years’ experience as a Project Manager, most of which as a general contractor (GC)

Background in concrete construction

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic understanding of construction software

Excellent communication skills
