HVAC Technician

Position Summary:
Join our cutting-edge manufacturing company as an HVAC Technician and play a crucial role in producing high-tolerance parts used in aircraft, naval vessels, space exploration vehicles, and advanced optical systems. As our HVAC Technician, you'll contribute to the precision manufacturing of components that quite literally reach for the stars.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in our manufacturing facilities
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
- Perform emergency repairs promptly to minimize production disruptions
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain optimal climate conditions for precision manufacturing
- Keep detailed logs of all maintenance activities and system performance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in HVAC technology preferred
- Valid HVAC technician certification
- 3+ years of experience in industrial HVAC systems (preferred)
- No fear of heights
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, crouching, climbing)
- Valid driver's license

Schedule and Miscellaneous:
- Mon-Fri 6am - 6pm
- Guaranteed overtime
- On call to support overnight manufacturing operations
- Occasional weekend support needed
- Two weeks PTO immediately upon hire
