CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive facility maintenance services. We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Technician to handle preventive and corrective plumbing tasks, ensuring efficient facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and drainage systems per codes and specifications.
Perform tasks such as drain cleaning, leak repairs, valve replacements, and fixture installations.
Maintain water heaters, garbage disposals, and sprinkler systems.
Document work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of plumbing experience in commercial settings.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in confined spaces or on-call shifts.
