Facility Manager
CGL Facility Management, LLC

Position Overview:
Lead maintenance operations across multiple sites, ensuring optimal performance of building systems, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff.
Manage work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
Conduct facility inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
Implement policies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure OSHA compliance and respond to emergencies.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
4–6 years of facility management experience, including supervisory roles.
Expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS systems.
Valid driver’s license; ability to pass drug and background checks.
