Trillium Construction is hiring for Traveling Superintendents to oversee the construction of pre-engineered steel buildings across the country. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of pre-engineered building systems, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves extensive travel to job sites and requires excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing construction crews and subcontractors.

Annual salary is between $85,000 - $120,000, plus per diem for all 7 days, company vehicle, and medical benefits!

Duties:
-Daily field supervision of construction projects
-Conduct weekly safety meetings, mentor/manage all jobsite personnel, and to train or direct training for new hires
-Establish and maintain effective and positive relationships throughout a project (customers, design team, subcontractors, and suppliers)
-Manage workers and subcontractors to execute projects to plan and specification
-Ensure quality of work, assist when needed
-Write daily reports and control all job site activities
-Communicate progress with Foreman and Project Managers daily

Qualifications:
-Minimum 5 years of supervision experience, specifically on steel building erection projects with crews of 30 men
-A good understanding of steel building systems
-OSHA 30 Certification, First Aid Certification, Aerial Platform Certification, Forklift Operator license
-Computer proficiency and utilization of a cell phone/company communication tools (e-mail, Microsoft products, internet, etc.)
-Multi-tasking skills with the ability to handle the multitude of issues that arise daily on a construction project
-Must have valid driver's license
-Availability for extensive travel throughout the United States and internationally
