Our client is currently seeking multiple LOTO Managers for long-term contract assignments in Port Arthur, TX.

Overview:

The LOTO Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of lockout/tagout (LOTO) programs and construction project completions. This role involves extensive on-site work, managing LOTO for large greenfield projects, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of the LOTO program, including training, documentation, and materials.
Communicate with project personnel from apprentices to Project Managers.
Observe and promote safety policies and ensure compliance with contractual specifications.
Develop and implement completion, turnover, and commissioning plans.
Perform inspections and verifications of equipment, devices, and construction statuses.
Lead testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases.
Coordinate vendor requirements and ensure field teams adhere to plans.
Maintain proper documentation for turnover and record-keeping requirements.
Guide junior personnel and independently lead completions and commissioning projects.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in completions and/or commissioning, with extensive knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, testing equipment, PLCs, and field control systems.
Proficiency in MS Office, BlueBeam, and cloud-based software.
OSHA 30 Hour Certification (or willingness to complete).
Experience with greenfield project LOTO management.
