My client, a leading player in the energy space, is looking for a contract Construction Manager to support them on an initial 3 month contract. Mob/Demob and full per diem will be provided.

The project involved installing solar canopies on School facilities.

HSE Compliance: clients safety policies, ensuring subcontractors and consultants meet all standards.

Safety Participation: Actively contribute to safety initiatives to maintain a zero-accident record.

Project Coordination: Work with customers to align on project goals during the kickoff meeting.

Progress Oversight: Monitor safety, quality, and performance to ensure project success.

Team Leadership: Organize and oversee the site team to manage contractor progress, quality, and commissioning until COD.

Construction Supervision: Oversee construction activities, implementing procedures to uphold clients Safety Golden Rules.

Schedule Adherence: Keep the project on track, ensuring tasks start and finish on time while hitting key milestones.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain site records, track man-hours, and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
