MUST HAVE: Active North Dakota Journeyman Electrical License, or from a reciprocating state.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial oil & gas settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Install cables into cabinets and equipment, as well as terminate 24vdc, 120vac, and 480vac circuits
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Build raceways for protection of cables and various circuits
- Provide guidance and training to apprentices
Requirements:
- ND State Journeyman Electrician license or reciprocating state license
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Skilled in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in both new construction and renovation projects
- Familiarity with industrial electrical work, including motor controls and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and other team members
