Job Description
Project activities encompass design review, procurement, and turnkey installation of a structure composed of insulated panels and MEP trades. This includes refrigeration systems, humidity control equipment, ductwork, and electro-mechanical controls.

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all phases of assigned projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure quality control and compliance with contract documents, industry standards, and applicable codes.
Review engineering submittals, equipment specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
Procure and manage subcontractors, ensuring efficient project execution.
Oversee timely invoicing and financial tracking.
Prepare, submit, and manage change orders.
Supervise field trades to maintain compliance with safety regulations, project schedules, and budget constraints.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in construction trades, practices, and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and maintain project schedules and cost controls.
Experience in cost negotiation and contract management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines effectively.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Experience with MEP is highly desirable.
