PAY- $90k-$130k BOE - Full time position

Supervise subcontractors to maintain schedules, safety, and compliance.
Manage job site resources and ensure on-time project completion.
Document weekly progress for clear communication.
Ensure materials and equipment meet industry standards.
Review shop drawings and verify work accuracy.
Monitor expenditures to stay within budget.
Approve contractor payments and inspect work for compliance.
Coordinate and complete punch lists before project handover.

Qualifications:
Experience in construction site supervision (cold storage required).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and budget management skills.
Knowledge of industry safety and compliance standards.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and ensure quality execution.
