FULL TIME POSITION- WISCONSIN

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure compliance with specifications.
Oversee contracts, permits, and safety.
Track project progress and report to stakeholders.
Lead meetings and manage multiple projects.
Manage client relationships and meet revenue goals.
Forecast costs, profitability, and report regularly.

Required Skills:
Proficient in Pro-Core, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project), Bluebeam.
Knowledge of commercial code.
Strong communication, paperwork, and organizational skills.
5 years of Project Management Experience
PAY $80k-$130k BOE
