Key Responsibilities:

Weld and fabricate precast concrete structures according to blueprints and specifications.
Ensure that all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
Collaborate with a team of skilled tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Perform quality checks on welds and materials to ensure top-notch results.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Precast Welder with a focus on commercial projects.
Strong understanding of welding techniques, especially for precast concrete elements.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings.
Safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
Certification in welding (preferred but not required).
Excellent communication skills and team player attitude.
