VantagePoint Alliance is seeking a Project Administrator for a long-term project in West Jordan, UT.

Pay: $25 - 33 BOE

Key Responsibilities

Support the creation and coordination of project documentation and reports as needed.
Manage and update entries in the CID system, addressing complaints and supplier-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Keep project files current and well-organized to help ensure efficient project operations.
Retain and manage archived project materials when required.
Contribute to the planning and execution of events such as training sessions, workshops, conferences, and seminars.
Prepare supporting materials including documents and presentations to aid in project delivery.
Record meeting minutes during internal and client discussions, ensuring accurate notes are distributed promptly to relevant stakeholders.
Track and follow up on action items from meetings to ensure timely resolution and accountability.
Collaborate with the team on the enhancement and implementation of project delivery processes.
Coordinate travel plans and lodging arrangements for project staff as necessary.
Perform general office and administrative tasks to assist the wider project teams
Follow all applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality standards relevant to assigned tasks.
Regularly update the Project Engineer location tracking spreadsheet.
Maintain up-to-date records on commissioning activities.
Oversee and manage the holiday calendar for the Projects team, ensuring accurate scheduling.

Requirements
Essential
� A minimum of 5 years experience of working in an administrative role in a busy and demanding environment.
� Advanced IT skills -Word, Excel and Power point

Preferred
� Working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Project software.
� Experience of working in an engineering environment.
