We are currently hiring a Lead Plumber/Pipefitter for a large-scale new construction project in Oxford, NC. This is a high-paying, short-term opportunity for experienced professionals looking to take charge, lead crews, and work steady hours.

Job Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate a team of plumbers/pipefitters on-site
Interpret and work from blueprints, specifications, and schematics
Install and test water supply lines, waste systems, and fixtures per code
Lay out and assemble pipe systems using proper tools and materials
Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local plumbing codes and project specifications
Communicate with site supervisors and general contractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of work progress, material usage, and crew hours
Mentor and train apprentices or junior team members
Requirements:
Proven experience as a lead plumber or pipefitter on commercial or industrial projects
Proficient in reading blueprints and plumbing schematics
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Must have all necessary hand tools and PPE
Valid driver�s license and reliable transportation
Able to work 60+ hours per week for the duration of the project
