Trillium Construction is seeking Ironworkers / Welders for a project in Sparks, NV who will join an installation team focused on the assembly and installation of structural steel platforms for equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in welding and steel erection with a specific focus on precise fit-up, alignment, and rigging. Work may be performed at heights and in active industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Install steel support structures and equipment platforms
- Perform field welding using SMAW, MIG, or FCAW
- Read and interpret blueprints, layout drawings, and technical documents
- Align and bolt/weld beams, columns, stairs, and guardrails
- Use rigging equipment to hoist and position structural components safely
- Ensure platforms are level, secure, and meet load-bearing requirements
- Perform quality checks on welds and bolt connections
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure safe and efficient project execution

Pay: $35
Per Diem: $120 / day for all 7 days if the full schedule is worked
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

Qualifications
Pre-screenings
4+ years of experience
Forklift, Scissor Lifts, Aerial Lift Certifications

REQUIRED: **** AWS (D1.1) Certification: MUST have been obtain with in 6 months, OSha 10/30 also Required !!

Weld test (3G/4G weld on 3H metal)
NCCER preferred
Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and various weather conditions
Familiarity with rigging techniques and crane signals
