360X Staffing is hiring for Riggers that have xperience working in a Shipyard setting.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for rigging and lifting operations, working 10-hour shifts to support the ongoing activities at the shipyard.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rigging and lifting operations to move materials, equipment, and components as needed
- Conduct safety inspections of rigging equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute rigging tasks efficiently and safely
- Operate rigging equipment such as cranes, hoists, and forklifts as required
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of rigging equipment for various projects
- Maintain accurate records of rigging activities and inspections

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Rigger in a shipyard or industrial environment
- Certification or training in rigging operations and safety practices
- Proficiency in operating rigging equipment and understanding load capacities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Physical stamina and strength to perform rigging tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
