We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee and manage on-site electrical construction activities. This role is responsible for supervising installations, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams of electricians and subcontractors.
- Coordinate project plans and schedules with other trades.
- Oversee material procurement, installations, wiring, and testing.
- Ensure quality control, code compliance, and safety adherence.
- Monitor progress, manage change orders, and provide regular updates.
- Maintain documentation and conduct inspections.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor�s in Electrical Engineering preferred; relevant certifications required.
- 3+ years in field construction management or as a superintendent.
- Proficiency with electrical systems, drawings, codes, and safety standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Schedule & Compensation:
- Extended hours and occasional weekends based on project needs.
- Weekly pay, with compensation based on experience.
