Job Description
Join our team as a Welder responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal and other weldable materials using Flux core and Pulse welding techniques. You will be tasked with welding various large structural steel components for NAVSEA-related equipment as part of a special project.

Responsibilities
Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials using Flux core and Pulse welding techniques.
Weld various large structural steel components for NAVSEA-related equipment for a special project.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise fabrication and fitting.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in Flux core and Pulse MIG welding.
Experience with stainless steel materials.
Ability to pass 2G, 3G, and 4G flux core and pulse testing positions.
8-10+ years of experience in both Flux Core and Pulse welding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in shipyard or related fields.
Strong blueprint reading skills.

Work Environment
Work in a large fabrication environment that is non-climate controlled, handling some projects involving high-level Navy materials. Testing is conducted daily at 7 am, Monday through Thursday, with a structured onboarding process based on test days.
