We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Millwright Supervisor to oversee crews on industrial job sites across Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, and Florida. This is a travel-intensive, temp-to-perm position offering competitive pay, daily per diem, and a company truck.

Position Overview:
The Millwright Supervisor will be responsible for leading and coordinating millwright crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and keeping projects on schedule. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical installations, equipment alignment, and welding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate millwright and welding crews on industrial job sites

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for project execution

Oversee mechanical installations, equipment moves, and alignments

Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and regulatory guidelines

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew members

Monitor daily progress and maintain accurate reports and documentation

Perform hands-on work when needed and assist in training crew members

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Millwright Supervisor or Lead Millwright

Strong knowledge of millwright practices, rigging, welding, and mechanical systems

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Must be willing and able to travel extensively across GA, SC, TX, and FL

Valid driver�s license and clean driving record required

What We Offer:

$33 per hour, paid weekly

$110 per day per diem (7 days/week while traveling)
