VantagePoint Alliance is hiring Pipe and Structural Welders at all levels for a growing fabrication shop serving the Oil & Gas industry.

This is a local job to Casper, WY with no per diem.

Pay is $19 - $42 an hour based on experience and poition.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality welds using MIG or Stick (SMAW) processes

Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy piping

Interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and welding procedures to meet project specs

Fit and weld piping assemblies, spools, and structural supports in a fab shop environment

Maintain strict adherence to API, ASME, and other industry-specific codes and standards

Conduct visual inspections and work closely with QC personnel to ensure weld quality

Operate welding and fabrication tools safely and efficiently

Collaborate with supervisors and project leads to meet production goals and deadlines

Follow all shop and industry safety procedures, including PPE and safe work practices

Requirements:

Must pass a position-specific weld test

Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

Must have a valid OSHA 10 certification (minimum); OSHA 30 preferred

Minimum 2 years of welding experience in Oil & Gas fabrication or industrial settings

Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, spool sheets, and isometric drawings

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Strong commitment to safety and performance

Ability to lift 50lbs
