Job Title: MEP Site Manager
Location: Mississippi
Job Type: Full-Time w/ travel
Per Diem: $2,800 month
Salary: DOE

Travel Required: Yes domestic and occasional international travel to project sites

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven MEP Site Manager to lead and coordinate on-site construction activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Piping, and Fire Protection (MEP) systems. This role is crucial to ensuring our construction projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget expectations while delivering outstanding client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have significant hands-on construction management experience in the industrial sector and a proven ability to lead field operations from pre-start through close-out.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or technical school diploma preferred
Minimum 10 years of MEP-related construction experience, or 15 years of increasing responsibility in lieu of a degree
Experience in light to heavy industrial construction strongly preferred
In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and construction sequencing
Proficient in reading technical drawings, financial reports, and contract documents
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), MS Project is a plus
Comfortable working independently and leading site teams
Ability to travel extensively to projects across the U.S. and potentially overseas
