We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman Electrician for a direct hire opportunity in Kansas City, MO. This is a full-time leadership position offering excellent pay, long-term stability, and the chance to grow with a reputable company in the commercial and industrial electrical space.

Position Summary:
The Foreman Electrician will be responsible for overseeing crews on commercial and industrial job sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and in accordance with all electrical codes and company standards. This position requires both hands-on electrical work and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on job sites

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and components

Ensure all work meets NEC and local codes

Maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and progress

Enforce job site safety policies and procedures

Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and clients

Mentor and train junior electricians and apprentices

Qualifications:
Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (MO preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial electrical work

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role

Strong knowledge of the NEC and local building codes

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Must be dependable and able to work full-time in the Kansas City, MO area
