About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager, specializing in Federal/DoD facility construction projects, to join our team at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, AL. The ideal candidate will bring at least 15 years of relevant experience leading complex facility projects. This position will require successful engagement between multiple project stakeholders, as well as provide support to the Government in an efficient and effective manner to meet the intricate requirements of this project. Key Responsibilities
• Work with and support the Government’s technical staff in an efficient and effective manner.
• Lead and manage federal projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards. Make recommendations for corrections if quality standards are not met.
• Track, review, and generate documentation during project execution (including, but not limited to): RFIs, RFPs, Change Orders, Modifications, ASIs, etc.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track progress, and report on budget and schedule adherence.
• Cultivate strong relationships with multiple project stakeholders and client, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of project issues.
• Oversee project deliverables and ensure successful project closeout.
• Participate in all required project and site meetings.
• Additional support based on the construction tasks.
Experience and Qualifications
• Top Secret clearance is preferred; ability to receive Top Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field from an accredited institution; or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in Construction Project Administration and Management, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
• Professional Engineering (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) licensure is required.
• Experience completing LEED certified projects is highly desired.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and other relevant tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
