Pay: $35/hour + $125/day Per Diem

Position Details:

TIG weld and fabricate on thin gauge materials (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum)

Must be proficient with foot pedal TIG welding

Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Work in a fast-paced environment on a 7x12 schedule

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years TIG welding experience, especially on thin gauge material

Proficient with foot pedal TIG welding (non-negotiable)

Own basic hand tools and welding PPE

Must be able to pass weld test prior to employment

Reliable transportation and readiness for full-time work

Compensation:

$35/hour

$125/day per diem

Overtime paid after 40 hours
