Key Responsibilities:
Set Up and Align Forms:

Measure and mark layout for forms based on blueprints or shop drawings.

Assemble and align formwork precisely to ensure correct shape and dimensions.

Use hand tools and power tools to secure molds.

Install Reinforcements:

Place rebar, mesh, or other reinforcements inside the forms according to specifications.

Seal and Treat Forms:

Apply form release agents to prevent sticking.

Ensure forms are watertight to prevent concrete leakage.

Coordinate with Team:

Work closely with carpenters, welders, and concrete pourers.

Communicate adjustments needed for form fit or structural requirements.

Quality Control:

Inspect forms for damage or wear.

Confirm alignment and measurements before pouring concrete.
