We are hiring for a long term (1+ years) position on a solar farm located in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a site operations admin role. Construction or renewable energy is encouraged, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
-Maintain office supplies, documentation, and site records.
-Coordinate meetings, visitors, and internal communications.
-Assist with reporting and document control in support of construction and operational activities.
Payroll & Timekeeping:
-Track employee hours and ensure accurate timecard submission.
-Coordinate with the corporate payroll department to resolve discrepancies.
Human Resources Support:
-Assist in onboarding new site personnel, including orientation, forms, and credential tracking.
-Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
-Coordinate with corporate HR on leave tracking, incident reports, and policy dissemination.
Excel & Data Reporting:
-Maintain and update spreadsheets for project tracking, inventory, and personnel management.
-Generate weekly reports related to staffing, timekeeping, and site metrics.
-Use Excel to manage logs, charts, and documentation summaries.
Site Coordination:
-Support safety compliance efforts by maintaining logs, training records, and site access lists.
-Interface with subcontractors and vendors regarding site logistics and scheduling.
-Handle inbound and outbound communication to ensure project alignment.
Pay: $27-$29
Per Diem: $100
