Job Title: Project Superintendent
Duration: 1-Year Contract (w/ possible extension)
Location: Remote - 100% travel
Pay Rate: $55 (based on where they live/cost of living)
Overtime: ST for OT

Hiring Manager�s Notes:
� 100% travel role � travel to a project and stay thru completion
� Projects range & can be 2 months or 10 months, whatever project needs
� Once one project ends, travel to the next one
� Can live anywhere within reason - projects are in IL, KY, TX, east coast, Midwest
� Would use own vehicle and get GSA mileage
� Per diem will be GSA rates
� Travel home every 3 weeks (Leave Friday, back for Monday start) and cost will be covered/expensed
� 10 days PTO over the year (full year of contract, not the calendar year)

Job Description:
Project Superintendent has the responsibility for on-site project support to the Project Superintendent and building team including safety protocols, schedules, and project documentation.

Responsibilities:
� Exhibits personal behavior that demonstrates commitment to safety
� Works collaboratively with all building partners including owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
� Assists with all daily, weekly and monthly reports (daily log, THA, weekly report, etc.)
� Follow QA/QC site processes
� Attend and participate in owner and subcontractor meetings
� Assist with obtaining all necessary governmental agency and utility company's approvals, permits and inspections
� Coordination of assigned trades on site
� Assist with preparing and tracking completion of punch list and closeout documents

� OSHA 30 Hour
� CPR/AED/BBP and First Aid training
� Technology Skills - Important: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam
� Drone (FAA certification and flight management)
� Physical Demands: can drive short and long distances or flying to project sites across the country, capable of walking project sites. Must be able to work in varying weather conditions. Travel to project assignments as necessary
� Working Conditions: 95% field environment and 5% office environment
